Once you are have signed up on Palmfront, you can easily make use of any of these solutions.

Q: How can I register as an accredited vendor on Palmfront?

A: To register as an accredited vendor on Palmfront is simple, follow the following steps:
1. Click on the "Tools" button on the top menu
2. Click on the "Register as a Vendor" button in the dropdown list
3. Fill the required details in the form and submit.

Q: How do I create a wedding website?

A: To create a wedding website, follow the steps stated below:
1. Visit "www.palmfront.com" and SIGN UP
2. Once you are done, Palmfront will automatically takes you to your dashboard. In the dashboard section click on the wedding website button on the left hand side of your screen. i.e. If you are on a mobile device tap on the menu button on the top right corner of your screen to display your menu
3. Follow the creation process to the end, Hooray!!! your site is READY.

Q: How can I share my website with my guests?

A: To share your wedding website, follow the following steps:
1. Log in to Palmfront
2. In your dashboard section click on the wedding website button on the left hand side of your screen. i.e. If you are on a mobile device tap on the menu button on the top right corner of your screen to display your menu
3. Once you are in your website, they are four options you can use in sharing your website:
(a) Via Social Media: By clicking on the share button on the top menu, you will be prompted with different social media channels where you can share your website to.
(b) Unique Website Link: This link could be sent directly to guests via other social media channels like: whatsapp, BBM and the likes. By standard procedure you get this link via email once your website is created. However in a situation you don't have this link contact customer care for assistance.
(c) Via E-invitation: If your are a PREMIUM or GOLD user, you can easily send an e-invite to guests. Your e-invitation contains a link to your website.
(d) Via Custom Web Address: With custom web address like "Mamed2017.palmfront.com", you can easily share this with your guest. This feature is only available to GOLD users.

Q: Can I change my website theme?

A: Yes you can. Follow the instructions outlined below:
1. Log in to Palmfront
2. In your dashboard section click on the wedding website button on the left hand side of your screen. i.e. If you are on a mobile device tap on the menu button on the top right corner of your screen to display your menu
3. Once you are in your website on the top menu click on the the tools drop down, inside you would see settings - at the bottom of the settings page your would see the change theme button

Q: How can I integrate my gift registry into my website?

A: Palmfront have you covered, once you create a gift registry, it would be automatically integrated with your website if you have one and if not,once you create your website it would integrate automatically.

Q: Can I/guest get to view my website without an e-invitation or sharing on social media?

A: Yes. If your website status is in "PUBLIC", viewer would be able to access your gift registry in the FIND COUPLE section of the site.

Q: Why do I need a gift registry for my upcoming wedding?

A: A gift registry helps you communicate a list of preferred gift items your would like to receive as wedding gifts. It helps solve the problem of insufficient gift giving, receiving of duplicated and unwanted gifts items which most couples encounter in our world today.

Q: How can I share my gift registry with my guests?

A: To share your gift registry, follow the steps stated below:
1. Log in to Palmfront
2. In your dashboard section click on the gift registry button on the left hand side of your screen. i.e. If you are on a mobile device tap on the menu button on the top right corner of your screen to display your menu

Q: Can I convert a purchased gift item into cash?

A: Yes you can. On your request a gift item purchased can be converted to cash but this will attract a 10% deduction off the cost of the item but note if the gift item is a cash card no deduction is made.

Q: How does the Fund gift category work?

A: Our fund gift category is a cash gift system, where your guests can buy you a cash card or make purchase a service for you a wedding gift. Fund gifts are transferred in total to the couple. No service charge - No deduction.

Q: How can I add a gift item into my gift registry?

A: To add gift items to your gift registry follow the following steps:
1. Log in to Palmfront
2. In your dashboard section click on the gift registry button on the left hand side of your screen. i.e. If you are on a mobile device tap on the menu button on the top right corner of your screen to display your menu
3. Once you are in your gift registry click on the GIFT ROOM button on the top menu.
In the GIFT ROOM you can now select your gift items of choice.

Q: How can add an item that is not in the gift room to my gift registry?

A:To add an item that is not in the gift room simply click on the "CREATE CUSTOM GIFT" in top top menu, fill in the information about the product and upload. This item(s) is automatically added to your gift registry. This feature is only for GOLD users
Please note that we don't buy or deliver these gifts to you. Once self customized gifts have been purchased, the cash amount will be transferred to your bank account on your delivery date, so you can buy it from the external source whenever you're ready!

Q: Can I/guest get to view my gift registry without an e-invitation or sharing on social media?

A: Yes. If your gift registry status is in "PUBLIC", viewer would be able to access your gift registry in the FIND COUPLE section of the site.
